What if I don’t know what I want to do?
Don’t panic! You are likely to have 8-10 careers in your life, there is no final answer!
Try:-
· Finding out more about yourself. You need to find a job that fits you, not the other way around. Do the Careers Quest Programme or go to www.careers.govt.nz and do the activities suggested in the interactive tools section.
· Visiting your Year Level Careers Advisor.
· Attend your Careers lessons on a regular basis so you can view possible careers, ask questions and being exposed to careers issues.
· Visit www.careers.govt.nz and research various careers.
· Try Work Experience or Student for a Day to try possible Careers (see your Career Advisor).
What subjects do I take?
· Research your career interests on www.careers.govt.nz and look up How do I enter this Career it will give you suggested subjects.
· Visit your Career Advisor.

How do Qualifications work?
The National Qualifications Framework (NQF) is designed to provide:
